We made it to El Paso in record time. Elsie did alright, but was glad to get out of the car. We found her in the hotel window...hopefully no one from the "no pets please" hotel staff saw her. We had a small birthday celebration for Gale with balloons and cupcakes. The old ladies we're showered and in their pj's by 8pm. It's a party here! Pictures to be posted sometime this weekend.

Sounds like a good time! :) Hope Elsie is enjoying her Holiday Inn suite--it may be bigger than her new furnished home!

I am in Phoenix. Just moved into the apartment this morning. Everything looks good. Now I just need to start working and have the paychecks roll in!
